The heart of G²LIDE beats here. Founded in loving memory of our founder's baby² (granddaughter), Layla Heaven-Sage Gigger, the G²LIDE Swim Scholarship provides free or low-cost swim lessons for girls ages 5–9 years old. Our mission is to prevent childhood drowning and build water confidence. Through community partnerships, fundraising, and education, we’re teaching young girls to glide safely — in and out of the water.
As an autism mom and advocate, I know the beauty and the challenges that come with neurodiversity. G²LIDE amplifies awareness, promotes understanding, and shares tools for families and educators to create inclusive spaces that honor every child’s rhythm and brilliance.
Too many parents don’t realize their children are entitled to educational accommodations under Section 504. G²LIDE empowers families to navigate the system, request evaluations, and build supportive teams so every learner gets what they need to thrive.
This peak reminds us that love, advocacy, and action can rewrite generations.
